Call for projects

As part of France 2030, a call for “ 1st plant ” projects has just been published.

The objective is to accelerate the industrialization phase of innovative projects of industrial start-ups, or innovative SMEs/ETIs.

Eligible Holders

Priority is given to SME start-ups. Intermediate-sized companies are eligible by way of derogation.

Expected projects

The expected projects consist of the establishment of pilot and/or industrial production sites, intended to market innovative products and the pooling of pre-industrial capacities for the benefit of start-ups.

Candidate projects must present a total expenditure base of more than 5 million euros (projects with lower budgets will be analyzed for the possibility of funding from other mechanisms).

Eligible basis and amount of aid

The aid will be provided in the form of subsidies and recoverable advances, distributed according to a ratio of 60% subsidies and 40% recoverable advances.

The aid rate will be between 20 and 30% of the eligible base.

Eligible expenses are investments in tangible and intangible assets relating to industrial development.

Calendar

The call for projects is open until the end of 2026, with 3 rotations per year.

In 2022, these will be April 5, September 13 and December 13.
