The Cosmetic Victories 2026: Discover the 6 nominated projects
We are pleased to announce the six nominated projects for the 2026 edition of The Cosmetic Victories.
Meeting online last Thursday, the international scientific jury selected the finalists from nearly 100 applications from around the world.
This year, the selected projects are fully aligned with the theme:
"Scientific progress at the service of a sustainable cosmetics industry"
They illustrate the excellence, innovation and dynamism of cosmetic research on an international scale.

1. From biology to beauty: Cosmetics controlled by primary cilia for the regulation of immune memory and sustainable innovation

1. Development of a range of functional agents based on duckweed sourced in France

2. Sustainable, multifunctional biosurfactants derived from circular bio-resources for cosmetic formulations
Project led by Ms. Joana Almeida โ Surfactinnov โ Portugal
3. Microbial exopolysaccharides
Project led by Ms. Isabel รlvarez-Martos โ CELLUGY โ Denmark
This edition confirms once again the decidedly international dimension of the competition, both in terms of the diversity of profiles and the richness of the scientific approaches proposed.
The two winners will be chosen by the industry jury at the awards ceremony, which will be held on April 13, 2026 in Paris .
The evening will be dedicated to scientific excellence and will continue with a moment of exchange and international networking bringing together researchers, industry leaders and professionals from the sector.
