On the ground, Cosmetic Valley is the sector's export operator and works in close partnership with the state-owned operator Business France. Cosmetic Valley conducts competitive intelligence on markets, implements international partnerships for innovation, and organizes economic missions and collective pavilions at the world's largest trade shows.

A solid and structured international network

To facilitate companies’ access to international markets, Cosmetic Valley coordinates the global network it created in 2016: Global Cosmetics Cluster.
This strong and influential network has a threefold purpose:
  • To be a gateway for companies that want to develop their business internationally and establish new connections in the fields of research and innovation.
  • To create a dynamic of inter-clustering to promote the sharing of experience and knowledge, the development of new clusters…
  • To represent the perfume and cosmetics industry on a global and European scale.
Through its European branch, Global Cosmetics Cluster – Europe, French SMEs benefit from a "Go International" acceleration program (market monitoring, benchmarking missions, and B2B networking) targeting high-potential countries: South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, India, Mexico, and the United States.

Cosmetics Cluster Rendez-vous, the inter-clustering meeting

Launched in 2016, it brings together leaders of global cosmetics clusters to facilitate partnerships and sharing of best practices for the benefit of SMEs in the sector.
Organized annually during Cosmetic 360, the Cosmetics Cluster Rendez-vous offers the opportunity:
  • to international clusters to hold the annual general meeting of the Global Cosmetics Cluster association, while promoting inter-clustering and the sharing of experience.
  • enabling companies to participate in international business and innovation events
