Structuring an industrial sector, fostering a culture of innovation, supporting dynamic companies in exporting, promoting the "Made in France" brand, enhancing the value of professions; these are all actions carried out in service of the perfumery-cosmetics sector for 30 years.
On the same day, COSMETIC VALLEY, in partnership with the consulting firm Asterès, presented a detailed study on the economic impact of the cosmetics industry in the regions. Almost all regions of France have a positive trade balance. Cosmetics are a major contributor to French foreign trade. In 2023, over €21 billion in exports were recorded, allowing the sector to rank second among contributors to the French trade balance.
