Asking for your project to be certified by Cosmetic Valley enables you to :
We advise you to get in touch with us from the earliest possible moment when mounting a project. This will enable you to benefit from a support that will ensure it is well prepared and be guided towards the most appropriate co-funding sources.
Certifying process and criteria

To obtain certification, the project must be presented to the Scientific Expertise Committee. This committee uses pre-defined criteria as a basis for discussions with the project carrier on the form and the content of their project. It then provides recommendations if necessary. The steering committee relies on the advice of the Scientific Expertise Committee on ratifying the certification.
Composition of the Scientific Expertise Committee :

Permanent Members: The Managing Director of Cosmetic Valley, representatives of the cluster's six universities (Cergy Pontoise, Le Havre, Orléans, Rouen, Tours, Versailles St Quentin) and the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) Outside experts depending on the projects presented
Criteria for assessing the projects :

Innovative character Consistency with the cluster's themes (link to §B-1) Quality of the consortium Quality of the technical and scientific approach (state-of-the-art, identification of technological lock-ins, rolling-out of the project, markers and deliverables etc.) Strategic interest of the project for partners Scientific, economic and social spin-offs (jobs) Etc.
Confidentiality
Each member of the committee takes part on a personal basis and undertakes to neither publish nor use information provided to the committee for personal gain. There are no industrials on the committee.
