The seventh edition of the Chartres Cosmetics and Perfumes Regulations Congress

November 4 and 5, 2009 - A congress on the implications of regulations in the perfumes and cosmetics world was held in Chartres, as part of Cosmetic Valley's meetings and with the backing of Codel (Eure-et-Loir Development Committee).
Some 400 delegates took part in this seventh edition of the congress which enabled Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs personnel to keep up to date with the latest changes in regulations.
On the agenda:
