A collective action to make products safe
The REACH European regulation is intended to assess risks concerning the use of 30,000 chemical substances by 2018 and entered into effect on 1 June 2007.
Implementation of this ambitious legislation is a genuine challenge for industry and particularly for SME’s in the cosmetics sector which must deal with additional obligations.
Thanks to support from the Centre region and DRIRE (French industry ministry) an enhanced support program has been implemented for members of Cosmetic Valley.
